Per Lillie is the owner of Pro Business Coaching and the founder of the Fit for Growth Programme.
Per’s why or mission is to inspire and facilitate innovation and growth in people and businesses.
Over his 20 years in senior executive roles, he has accumulated vast global experience in leadership, strategic thinking, innovation and business development.
A highly accomplished, energetic leader, Per has lived and worked in Denmark, Germany, Japan and Australia. This experience within a complex, cross-cultural organisation led to his lifelong fascination with the ways in which motivation can differ across cultures and languages.
He has used that fascination to create a track record of sustainable business growth based on growing and developing people at every business level.
When he later became a business consultant, Per gained broad exposure to businesses of all sizes, and in all sectors. This offered him a keen insight into the most common barriers that keep business owners stuck in the slow growth track – and how to break through those barriers.
He’s passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience, as he believes that knowledge and business skills will get you and your business into great shape to win your game.
Per holds Bachelor degrees in both Commerce and Science (Electrical Engineering), uniquely qualifying him to help organisations like yours to achieve the growth you’re aiming for.
Per loves cooking, his family and playing the guitar.
